Two layers of nylon webbing secure the D-ring to a 840 denier 42-oz. neoprene base. A strip of neoprene covers the nylon, protecting it from UV,abrasions. Colored Hypalon is glued on top to complete the patch. 2" D-rings are stainless steel,,available in 6" or 8" patches.
